Residential Hybrid Lifetime Service Agreement

This agreement provides
- FREE Pumping & Evacuation
- FREE Maintenance Labor and Parts
- FREE Emergency Pumping & Service Calls
- FREE Repairs as Needed
Routine inspections performed 3 to 4 times per year based on your county’s requirements, including:
- Electrical circuits and control panel
- Aerator/compressor operation and performance
- Cleaning of aerator/compressor filter
- Access risers checked for sealing and security
- Condition of aerobic treatment unit
- Clarifier check & measure scum/sludge levels
- Pump tank & chlorination unit tested for proper operation
- Sludge level in pump tank
- Chlorine residual level test (if applicable)
- Disposal unit inspection (drip systems are backwashed & filters cleaned at each visit)
Important
- System must pass initial inspection. If the system fails, repairs must be made prior to the contract beginning.
- If extensive repairs are required, you must either pay in full or, with approved credit, set up monthly auto-draft payments.
- Financing is available for qualified applicants.
