ABOUT T.E.R. SEPTIC SITE AND UTILITIES LLC
T.E.R. Septic: is a local family owned “Septic, Site & Utility” subcontractor based out of Tomball Texas.
I, Thomas Ratliff Jr. (President), have been serving the Texas construction industry for over 30 years. I have followed in my family’s footsteps as a business owner and entreprenuer. We pride ourselves in providing excellent service from small residential projects to large multi-million-dollar commercial projects. In my free time, I enjoy jamming out with the guys as the lead guitarist & using my pilot’s license to fly around with my wonderful family and friends.
I obtained my Class C wastewater license in 1994; thus, I’m an expert on matters in the field of wastewater and septic.
My staff here at T.E.R. Septic has undergone extensive training and educational courses to become certified by the state. We work closely with an amazing engineering team to assist with septic design needs, estimating needs, as well as fielding operational questions in a timely manner. Our goal is to serve our customers to the best of our ability for residential customers, commercial accounts and general contractors.
Septic Services include: design & permitting, installations, maintenance, septic pumping, cleaning, & repairs, lift stations, grease traps, and more. We offer premium service to all of our septic maintenance customers. When it comes to septic services, we have you covered!
Equipment: We use state-of-the-art equipment and have excellent operators for our excavators, bulldozer, skid steer, mini-excavator & septic pump truck.
Earth Work: We save our contractors thousands of dollars in time by providing precision grading and other earth work services.
Utilities: We install storm sewers, domestic water lines, sanitary sewers lines, irrigation water lines, back-flow prevention systems, draining systems & detention ponds.
Concrete: We offer a wide range of concrete services, such as large commercial foundations with acres of paving, replacing residential driveways and sidewalks, concrete demolition and disposal. We work with homeowners and general contractors.
